I served in the Iraq War, and like many Veterans, I faced my own challenges since returning home. Along the way, I discovered a few things that have had a profound impact on my well-being. One of those is the simple yet powerful act of being outdoors—walking amongst the trees and connecting with nature. Another passion was introduced to me by a fellow Veteran I served with: disc golf. We began playing together almost every week, and it quickly became a part of my routine and healing process. That was over ten years ago.

    In 2021, Veteran Disc Golf was born from that passion and the camaraderie of those moments on the course. What started as a small venture with fun, disc golf-themed designs on stickers has slowly grown into something much more. The brand now incorporates elements that reflect both my military background and my love for the outdoors, with designs inspired by topographic maps, camouflage, and the spirit of disc golf.

    As the brand evolves, my mission remains clear: to create a meaningful connection between the Veteran and disc golf communities, using the sport and the outdoors to inspire wellness, camaraderie, and healing. Veteran Disc Golf is more than just a brand—it’s a movement to support Veterans while celebrating the sport we love.
